See activity and disconnect an assistant
See what each connected assistant has done in Finsplore, and cut one off when you want to.
Coming soon
Finsplore Connect will keep a record of what every connected assistant does. You'll be able to review it, and disconnect an assistant at any time.
See which assistants are connected
On the website, open Connect in the menu (under Assistant). In the app, open Settings and then Connected AI.
On the website, the Apps tab lists each assistant with:
- Whether it is a Connected app or an Access token.
- What it may do.
- Whether it Asks before every change or Changes run without asking.
- When it was last used, and when its access ends.
Access through an assistant's own sign-in lasts up to 90 days. After that the assistant has to be connected again. Access tokens end on the date you chose.
See what an assistant did
Activity lists every request an assistant made on your account, including ones that were blocked. Each entry shows the assistant, the action, what it asked for and what happened. In the app, choose Show more to see older entries.
On the website, the Activity tab has two views:
- Grouped folds repeated requests into one row with a count, such as Goals list ×15. Click a row to see each request with its time.
- All calls lists every request on its own row. Click one to see its details, including how long it took.
Each row ends with how it went, for example Done, Failed or Rejected. The search box and the App, Tool, Outcome and Time filters narrow the list. Turn on Live to watch new requests arrive. Requests older than 90 days are removed from Activity, but the totals stay in Usage. See Usage and limits.
Disconnect an assistant
On the website:
- Open Connect in the menu (under Assistant).
- Choose the Apps tab, find the assistant and click Revoke.
- Confirm with Revoke access.
In the app:
- Go to Settings and then Connected AI.
- Find the assistant in the list and tap Revoke.
- A dialog titled "Disconnect" followed by the assistant's name asks you to confirm. Tap Disconnect.
The assistant stops working on its very next request, and it can no longer read or change anything in Finsplore. Any changes it had suggested and not yet been approved are cancelled. You can connect it again later.
To remove an access token, see Create an access token.
Disconnect everything at once
If you think someone else has your account, change your password or sign out of all devices. Either one disconnects every assistant and access token. See Change your password and Manage where you're signed in.
See and remove saved notes
An assistant with the Remember notes permission can save short notes about you, such as your preferences. Every connected assistant can read them. They are listed under What your apps remember, with the assistant that saved each one. To remove one, use Forget this note on the website, or delete the note in the app.
