Change your password

Change your password from Settings if you want a new one, or if you think someone else knows it. If you have forgotten your password and cannot sign in, see Reset your password instead.

1. Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Settings.
2. Open the Security tab.
3. Under Password, click Change password.
4. Click Continue to have Finsplore email you a 6-digit code.
5. Enter the code in Code from your email and click Continue. The code expires after 10 minutes.
6. Enter your New password and type it again in Confirm new password. Your password needs at least 8 characters, upper and lower case letters, a number and a symbol, like ! ? #.
7. Leave Sign out of my other devices ticked if you want every other device to sign in again with the new password.
8. Click Update password.

Your new password must be different from your current one.
