Which banks can I use with Finsplore?
Finsplore works with statements from Australian banks, and with any bank that lets you download a statement file.
You can add an account from any bank that lets you download a statement file. You bring your accounts into Finsplore by importing those statements.
Banks in the list
When you import a statement, Finsplore asks Which bank is this from? Type your bank's name in Search banks to find it. The list includes the major Australian banks, such as Commonwealth Bank, ANZ, Westpac, NAB, ING, Macquarie Bank, Bankwest, Suncorp Bank, ubank, Bendigo Bank and Bank of Queensland.
For some banks, Finsplore shows How to get a statement from your bank, with the steps for that bank's internet banking.
If your bank is not in the list
Click My bank isn't listed. Finsplore works out the columns from the file itself. If the first transaction on the next screen looks like a heading, go back and pick a bank instead.
File types Finsplore can read
- CSV
- OFX
- QFX (Quicken's OFX format)
- QIF
- MT940
- camt.053
- PDF, including password-protected PDFs
If your bank offers more than one, choose CSV or OFX. Import one file at a time.
