Delete your account

Deleting your account permanently erases your Finsplore profile and everything in it, including your accounts, transactions, goals and budgets. It cannot be undone.

If you only want to stop tracking one bank account, remove that account instead. See Your accounts.

If you want a copy of your information, download your data first. You cannot get it back after your account is deleted.

Delete your accountCopy Anchor Link

1. Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Settings.
2. Open the Data & privacy tab.
3. Under Danger zone, click Delete your account.
4. Read what will be deleted.
5. Tick both boxes to confirm you understand that this is permanent.
6. Type DELETE in capital letters.
7. Click Delete my account.

Finsplore confirms that your account is deleted. Click Sign out now to finish.

To stop at any point before step 7, click Cancel. Nothing is deleted.

Some records may be kept for a short time where Australian law requires it.
